NEW PATIENTS
Maybe you’ve heard about chiropractic care through a friend or did some research online. Maybe you’re just tired of living in pain. If going to the chiropractor is a new experience for you, don’t worry! We’re here to help you shed your pain and get back on your feet. Your first visit to our practice will be about getting to know your chiropractor and a chance for us to get to know you!
Appointments at our office typically begin with a bit of paperwork, as you no doubt would expect. Your skilled chiropractor will perform a physical examination and take any necessary x-rays to learn more about the cause of your pain. We’ll also discuss your current condition and your goals.

We will take a look at the overall results, and together come up with a plan of action specifically for you. We will talk about the type of treatment you will be receiving, any preparation necessary before beginning treatment and when you can expect to see results. We will also discuss any lifestyle changes that may help you with your goals. As your partner in improving your health, your chiropractor will be with you every step of the way during your treatment.
FIRST VISIT
On your first visit to our office, you will be welcomed as a member of our family and our receptionist will greet you with a warm smile. You will then be asked to fill out some forms which will help us gain some information about you and your condition. Dr. Bedford will then talk with you and ask you some specific questions regarding your condition to determine if he feels chiropractic care may be of benefit to you. If he feels that he can help you, he will tell you. If he feels he cannot help you, he will refer you to another doctor that will be able to help you the most.
Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
After a thorough consultation with the doctor, you will have a complete examination. The doctor will gain valuable information regarding your condition so he may have a better understanding of how he will be able to help you. If necessary, the doctor may take X-rays or refer you for additional testing procedures. Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you his recommendations for treatment. Our office participates in many insurance programs. We also accept auto accident liens and worker's compensation cases.

If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
